Service description

Chosen Portion is a faith and wellness companion that offers guided prayer, Scripture reading, devotional content, reminders, and conversation features.

Some responses and audio experiences are generated with the help of automated systems and third-party service providers.

Accounts

You must maintain a valid account to continue using Chosen Portion after onboarding. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities that occur under it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate applicable law, or use Chosen Portion to harm others.

We may suspend or limit access if we believe your use violates these Terms, creates risk, or harms the service or other users.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and restore purchase flows are handled according to Apple's platform rules and your App Store account settings.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to content you submit to the extent allowed by law. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate Chosen Portion.

The app, its software, branding, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chosen Portion is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Chosen Portion after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
