Prayer for young adults

Father, You told Paul in Corinth: do not be afraid, keep speaking, do not be silent, because You are with him. You said You had many people in that city. Many. In Corinth. Lord, my city does not look full of Your people from the outside. The cafes, the offices, the apartment buildings — most of them do not pray. But You said many. Jesus, lift my expectation about the place I am walking through. Spirit, give me courage in small moments. The coworker who might be Yours and I do not know it. The neighbor whose story I have not asked. The stranger at the bus stop who is closer to You than I think. Many. Let me speak, not be silent, and trust You to gather Your people in this city. Amen.
