Prayer for new mothers

Father, the bottle warmer is humming and I am here, alone with You. Psalm 29 tells me to give You the praise You deserve. Doing that well is beyond me today. The day is small and so is my offering. Let me give You one piece of praise plainly. You are good. You are holy. You are patient with me beyond reason. I say that out loud over the bottle warmer, where no one else can hear it, and You do. I do not have to perform for You. I just have to speak. Amen.
