Prayer for new mothers

Father,

Jesus said, "Have faith in God." Just three words. No long list. No "feel this first."

That helps me today, because my faith is small.
It is enough to come to You.
It is not enough to feel anything big or strong.
And that is okay.
You never said it had to be large.

Even faith the size of a mustard seed is enough for You.
Even a half-whispered prayer while I burp the baby is enough for You.

So here is my small faith.
I am not in charge of how it grows.
I am in charge of where I put it.
And I put it in You.

Take it, Father.
It is Yours.
